Orders + Shipping

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States—including subscriptions.

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Most orders arrive within 3—7 business days from the date they were placed. Please keep in mind that holidays and other carrier delays can sometimes add a little extra time.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days from the date it was placed, contact us at customercare@glowbeautyfuel.com and we'll help you figure out what's going on.

Currently, we ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories.

You can manage your Glow Beauty Fuel subscription at any time through your account. Sign in using your email address and the verification code sent to your email, then select Subscriptions. From there, you can manage upcoming deliveries, reschedule an order or cancel your subscription.

Collagen plays a huge supporting role in the body, providing strength and structure to nearly every organ and tissue. It makes up 1/3 of the body’s total protein and 70–80% of our skin, while also supporting muscle repair, joint health and gut health.

Natural collagen production begins declining in our early 20s. (And sun exposure is not collagen’s friend.) As collagen diminishes, skin can lose moisture and elasticity—becoming drier, less supple and more prone to lines and wrinkles. Declining collagen can also contribute to brittle nails and dull or thinning hair. That’s why supporting collagen levels becomes increasingly important as we age.

We start with premium, highly bioavailable collagen peptides and never heat them—a common practice that can diminish their beauty benefits. Then we make getting your daily dose delicious—with only real-food ingredients. And super easy—no capsules to swallow, powders to scoop or drinks to mix. Eat it. Don’t heat it. The hydrolyzed collagen peptides in Glow Beauty Fuel’s Collagen Protein Bars are never heated. Heating collagen peptides above body temperature (98.6°F) changes their composition and can diminish their beauty benefits. Our collagen is also highly bioavailable—95% absorbed by the body, with the highest concentrations ending up in skin, hair and nails.

We’re passionate about getting you the best results, so we’re super picky about our collagen. We use premium bovine collagen that’s single-source, pasture-raised, grass-fed and GMO-, hormone- and antibiotic-free. It’s also kosher certified and sourced from ethically and sustainably raised cattle.

Each Glow Beauty Fuel bar is formulated to provide your complete daily dose of beauty supplements. But they’re so delicious, you may find yourself wanting more. And that’s OK, too.

Glow Beauty Fuel’s beauty supplements are designed to work together to support beauty from within. While everyone is different, independent studies on collagen peptides show visible skin results in as little as four weeks, with benefits that may continue to unfold over twelve weeks. For skin, these may include increased hydration, fullness and firmness and reduced fine lines and wrinkles.

Nails take a little longer, with results visible as new nail growth replaces the old—approximately twelve weeks. Collagen-supported hair follicles produce stronger, more flexible hair, but results take time to become noticeable since hair grows an average of ½ inch per month.

For best results, we recommend one Glow Beauty Fuel bar daily.

As much as we love beauty creams (and would never give them up), their collagen molecules are simply too big to penetrate beyond skin’s surface layer (the epidermis). Ingested collagen works from within, supporting your body’s own collagen production. Best strategy? Use both.

We chose bovine collagen because it delivers both type I and type III collagen—supporting skin, hair and nails as well as connective tissues throughout the body. Marine and poultry collagen don’t offer that same combination.

Also, bovine collagen’s low molecular weight allows for quick, efficient absorption and, unlike some collagen sources, it lets us deliver those benefits without compromising on taste. Finally, it’s made from parts of the animal that would otherwise be discarded.

For those who prefer a vegan option, we offer a delicious Peanut Butter Chocolate bar with 200mg of hibiscus flower extract in place of bovine collagen.

In a word, no. Collagen peptides come from animal sources, while so-called “vegan/plant-based collagen” and collagen builders are nutrients that help protect existing collagen and support the body’s natural collagen production.

Glow’s Collagen Protein Bars combine collagen peptides with plant-based collagen-supporting ingredients to support beauty from within.

In our vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate bar, essential ceramides and hibiscus flower extract take the place of bovine collagen.

While there are no official daily dosing guidelines for collagen, independent studies have found 2.5–5g of hydrolyzed collagen peptides (like the ones included in our Collagen Protein Bars) daily to be effective for beauty benefits. Hydrolyzed collagen peptides are also highly bioavailable, with 95% absorbed by the body.

Glow’s Collagen Protein bars deliver 6g of collagen per bar, along with complementary beauty-supporting nutrients including vegan hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and essential ceramides.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a substance naturally produced by your body that acts like a giant sponge, holding onto water to help keep skin soft, plump and hydrated. Because HA in skin naturally decreases with age, maintaining healthy levels becomes increasingly important. It works synergistically with collagen to promote a luminous glow from within.

HA is also a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that helps protect collagen-producing cells. Glow Beauty Fuel delivers 120mg of consciously sourced, vegan HA in every bar.

When applied topically, hyaluronic acid (HA) attracts water from the air to moisturize skin. It can temporarily reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, but its molecules are too large to penetrate deeper.

When ingested, HA works from within, attracting and retaining up to 1,000 times its weight in water throughout the body—particularly within the layers of your skin (where you want it most).

Vitamin C is essential to collagen production and helps strengthen the collagen that supports healthy skin, hair and nails. It’s also a powerful antioxidant that helps protect skin from environmental and UV-related damage.

Because vitamin C levels in skin naturally decline with age, getting enough becomes increasingly important. Glow Beauty Fuel delivers the daily requirement of 75 mg of Vitamin C in every bar.

Essential ceramides strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier, holding moisture in and hydrating skin while reducing the appearance of roughness and wrinkles. They also help brighten the complexion for more radiant-looking skin.

Hibiscus flower extract is a beauty powerhouse that helps protect collagen and elastin from UV-related damage, while supporting more even-looking skin and helping skin retain moisture.

Real Food FAQ

Glow Beauty Fuel uses only real-food ingredients—meaning the flavors you taste come from nature. Real cherries. Real citrus. Real blueberries. Almonds, coconut and chocolate. We use real vanilla extract, not vanilla flavoring, and never use artificial or so-called “natural flavors.”

Real food does more. It fuels your body, supports your beauty and makes every bite more delicious.

Our wrapped bars will stay fresh at room temperature. If you’re a subscriber, placing a large bar order or just concerned with maximum freshness, you can always refrigerate them as well.

Our tangy orange taste starts with tiny shavings of peel from fresh oranges. We add organic orange oil and powdered oranges for a bright, beautifully rounded citrus flavor.

What you don’t taste matters, too. Many bars have an unpleasant, bitter aftertaste, sometimes caused by their protein source. Whey, egg, pea and soy proteins can all add funky flavors. Glow Beauty Fuel bars have a clean, delicious finish.

No artificial or so-called “natural flavors.” Ever.

Yes—and we’re very happy about it. Cocoa is naturally rich in flavanols—plant compounds with antioxidant properties. Research has linked cocoa flavanols to increased blood flow in the skin and improvements in skin hydration and thickness, while their antioxidant activity helps defend against free radicals and UV-related oxidative damage.

Dark chocolate also contains naturally occurring minerals, including iron, magnesium and copper. And it’s a mood booster. A smile is the best beautifier of all.

Absolutely. Our tangy Montmorency cherries are grown in Michigan and contain no preservatives. We add dark cherry paste to intensify the fresh, fruity flavor.

No artificial or so-called “natural flavors.” Just real cherries.

Dark cherries are little antioxidant powerhouses. Their deep color comes from anthocyanins, plant compounds with powerful antioxidant properties that help fight the free radicals and oxidative stress associated with premature skin aging.

Our bright lemon taste comes from real lemon juice that's been made into a powder, giving Lemon Blueberry its fresh citrus flavor with zero artificial or so-called “natural flavors.”

Absolutely. Nuts are nutritional—and beauty—dynamos. Glow Beauty Fuel uses plenty of almonds and cashews, which provide protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals including vitamin E, magnesium, iron and copper.

Nuts are also rich in antioxidants, including plant polyphenols, which help fight the free radicals and oxidative stress associated with premature skin aging. Their healthy fats, including omega fatty acids, help support the skin barrier and hydrated skin.

Allulose is a naturally occurring sugar found in foods like figs and raisins. It tastes like sugar but contains significantly fewer calories and has minimal impact on blood sugar and insulin levels.

Unlike artificial sweeteners, allulose delivers sweetness without the characteristic, unpleasant aftertaste.

Sweet. Simple. No compromise.

Yes. Allulose is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the FDA and has been used as a food ingredient in the U.S. for years. Unlike traditional sugar, it has minimal impact on blood glucose and does not promote tooth decay.

Clinical studies show that allulose helps decrease the amount of body fat tissue by increasing the activity of three enzymes that break down fats.

Allulose has the added benefit of reducing cravings. And you can eat up to 60 grams a day without any risk of tummy upset (equal to 30, 2g sugar packets) because allulose does not linger in the tummy and is safely excreted by the kidneys.
