Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse and then sent to the carriers for delivery. Holidays can lengthen all shipping times. Please expect up to 14 business days on top of standard transit times to receive your order. Yes, you can change the quantity or flavors in your subscription whenever you want. Go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and you can change your orders there. If you encounter a problem, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Glow Beauty Fuel bars are perishable food. In order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund.
Glow Beauty Fuel bars, while relatively durable, can crack, or a corner may break off while in transit. Don’t worry, they will still taste delicious! Unfortunately we cannot accept a return for this reason.
We will review returns on a case by case basis for exceptional reasons, and only if they were purchased from glowbeautyfuel.com. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase from glowbeautyfuel.com. Glow Beauty Fuel is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information that you supplied to us.
Once your return email is received, we will email you a notification of receipt. Please await further instructions. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card or payment company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
We do not accept physical returns unless you have been approved by email first. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs should you be instructed to return your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Subscriptions Billing Terms of Service
When you purchase a subscription you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency, quantities, and products you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Your subscription will automatically renew, and your credit card will be automatically charged the subscription price at the interval selected on each line item until you cancel your subscription. Your credit card will be charged the price on the website the day of the renewal less 10%.
You may cancel your subscription at any time after your 2nd billing.
You can manage your subscription from the account you create during your first subscription purchase.
