Delivery, Subscription and Refund FAQs

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse and then sent to the carriers for delivery. Holidays can lengthen all shipping times. Please expect up to 14 business days on top of standard transit times to receive your order. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at customercare@glowbeautyfuel.com so that we can quickly resolve any issues.
Yes, we offer free shipping within the USA for orders over $50.
We do not yet offer delivery outside of the United States.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been received, we are unable to change your order. If you have an upcoming subscription order, you can change it within your account.
Yes, you can change the quantity or flavors in your subscription whenever you want. Go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and you can change your orders there. If you encounter a problem, please email us at customercare@glowbeautyfuel.com
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we are unable to cancel it.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been received, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please contact the carrier directly to redirect your parcel. USPS UPS FedEx

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Go to My Account, then Manage Subscriptions and click Remove. If you encounter a problem, please email us at customercare@glowbeautyfuel.com

For any shipping inquiries, you will need to contact the appropriate carrier (FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS) for an updated status delivery. See your confirmation email from orders@glowbeautyfuel.com for details.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from orders@glowbeautyfuel.com with your tracking information.

Returns

Glow Beauty Fuel bars are perishable food. In order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund.

Glow Beauty Fuel bars, while relatively durable, can crack, or a corner may break off while in transit. Don’t worry, they will still taste delicious! Unfortunately we cannot accept a return for this reason.

We will review returns on a case by case basis for exceptional reasons, and only if they were purchased from glowbeautyfuel.com. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase from glowbeautyfuel.com. Reach out to us at customercare@glowbeautyfuel.com and feel free to include photographs.

Glow Beauty Fuel is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information that you supplied to us.

Refunds

Once your return email is received, we will email you a notification of receipt. Please await further instructions. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card or payment company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at customercare@glowbeautyfuel.com

Shipping

We do not accept physical returns unless you have been approved by email first. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs should you be instructed to return your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where your shipment originates from.

Subscriptions

How

  • Select your item(s)
  • When adding items to your cart, select the “Subscribe” option
  • Select the delivery frequency you prefer for each item
  • Your discounts will be applied at checkout

The Details

  • Subscription items are discounted 10% on every order
  • Free shipping is included on subscription orders totaling $50 or more
  • You may edit/alter/pause your shipment dates at any time
  • You may edit/alter your subscription products and quantities at any time
  • All subscription changes can be made in your personal account
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you before each subscription shipment
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time after your 2nd order

Subscriptions Billing Terms of Service

When you purchase a subscription you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency, quantities, and products you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries.

Your subscription will automatically renew, and your credit card will be automatically charged the subscription price at the interval selected on each line item until you cancel your subscription. Your credit card will be charged the price on the website the day of the renewal less 10%.

You may cancel your subscription at any time after your 2nd billing.

You can manage your subscription from the account you create during your first subscription purchase.
