Shipping Policy - Delivery, Subscription and Refund FAQs

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse and then sent to the carriers for delivery. Holidays can lengthen all shipping times. Please expect up to 14 business days on top of standard transit times to receive your order. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at customercare@glowbeautyfuel.com so that we can quickly resolve any issues.

Yes, we offer free shipping within the USA for orders over $50.

We do not yet offer delivery outside of the United States.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been received, we are unable to change your order. If you have an upcoming subscription order, you can change it within your account.

Yes, you can change the quantity or flavors in your subscription whenever you want. Go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and you can change your orders there. If you encounter a problem, please email us at customercare@glowbeautyfuel.com

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we are unable to cancel it.

For any shipping inquiries, you will need to contact the appropriate carrier (FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS) for an updated status delivery. See your confirmation email from orders@glowbeautyfuel.com for details.

Glow Beauty Fuel bars are perishable food. In order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund.

Glow Beauty Fuel bars, while relatively durable, can crack, or a corner may break off while in transit. Don’t worry, they will still taste delicious! Unfortunately we cannot accept a return for this reason.

We will review returns on a case by case basis for exceptional reasons, and only if they were purchased from glowbeautyfuel.com. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase from glowbeautyfuel.com. Reach out to us at customercare@glowbeautyfuel.com and feel free to include photographs.
