Glow Beauty Fuel bars are perishable food. In order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund.
Glow Beauty Fuel bars, while relatively durable, can crack, or a corner may break off while in transit. Don’t worry, they will still taste delicious! Unfortunately we cannot accept a return for this reason.
We will review returns on a case by case basis for exceptional reasons, and only if they were purchased from glowbeautyfuel.com. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase from glowbeautyfuel.com. Reach out to us at customercare@glowbeautyfuel.com and feel free to include photographs.
Glow Beauty Fuel is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information that you supplied to us.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card or payment company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at customercare@glowbeautyfuel.com

Subscriptions Billing Terms of Service
When you purchase a subscription you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency, quantities, and products you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Your subscription will automatically renew, and your credit card will be automatically charged the subscription price at the interval selected on each line item until you cancel your subscription. Your credit card will be charged the price on the website the day of the renewal less 10%.
You may cancel your subscription at any time after your 2nd billing.
You can manage your subscription from the account you create during your first subscription purchase.
